What is GRR and who pays it?
A contracted rental return: the developer pays you 8 % of the price a year for three years under the contract, whether or not the unit is let. There is no bank guarantee, so it is the developer's obligation, not a bank's. After the third year you get the market rent.

Yes, per the developer price list all units are delivered furnished. I request the furniture list in writing before signing.
