You buy an apartment in Cambodia from home, in four steps. I handle the communication with the developer, while the contract and the payments go directly to them, not to me.

- Reservation and contractA reservation of $1,000 to $5,000 takes the unit off the market. You sign the contract remotely and the payments go directly to the developer.
- Installments, construction, keysYou pay monthly installments as per the plan. While the building goes up I send you site reports, and at the end you take over the apartment and register it in your name.

No. The developer pays the 3 to 5 % commission, and it is already built into the price of the apartment.
Who pays meWhat if I cannot pay an installment?
First, a new schedule is agreed with the developer. If construction stops, the Kingston Royale contract allows a pause in payments without penalty.
